My Story

Hi, I’m Josh — owner of All In Home Inspections and a certified home inspector based in Berlin.

​Before launching All In Home Inspections, I spent years working in several hands-on fields including zoning and code enforcement, property maintenance and HVAC systems. That diverse experience gave me a solid foundation in how homes are built, how systems function, and where potential problems often hide. Now, I bring that knowledge into every inspection I perform — with a sharp eye, an honest voice, and a commitment to helping my clients make smart, informed decisions.  ​Whether you're purchasing your first apartment, upgrading to a larger space, or preparing to sell, I approach every inspection with the same care and attention I’d want for my own home.

When I’m not inspecting homes, you’ll usually find me enjoying time with my family, working on our own house, or finding fun spots around the area to explore with the kids.
